  1. We own a house that’s too small but it’s on a gorgeous property. Would love to build an addition but it costs $$$.

  2. The best investment I ever made for my house was a bidet. 999999% ROI. Absolutely would not live without it. My only regret is that I bought a cheap one and not a fancy one.

  3. I’m guessing these numbers are all having someone else do it. Take 50%-80% of the cost off these projects if you’re smart enough to do a decent job with any of these upgrades. At that rate they are all a decent to fantastic return.

  4. These prices are based on having to hire out all of the work. A lot of things in “light construction” can be done well by the homeowner which means you will almost always get back more than what money you put in
